Quotes relating to St Joseph

And his Life in Union with Jesus and Mary in the Divine Will “Imitate Me when I was in the House of Nazareth. My Mind was occupied with nothing but the Glory of the Father and the salvation of souls. My mouth uttered nothing but holy discourses. With My Words I tried to repair for the offenses against the Father to dart through hearts and draw them to My Love and primarily My Mother and Saint Joseph.”
(Vol 1)

“Only one who lives in My Will can sit at the Divine Table, can open all His treasures, can enter into the Sacrarium of the most intimate secrets of the Divine hiding places, and, as the owner, takes them and gives them back to his Creator … He enters the royal palace of his Celestial Father.” (Volume 25: 25/10/1928)
“Then while accompanying my sweet Jesus in the little room of Nazareth in order to follow His Acts I thought to myself; ‘Certainly My Beloved Jesus had the Kingdom of His Will during His hidden Life. The Sovereign Lady possessed His Fiat. He(Jesus) was The Divine Will Itself and Saint Joseph in the middle of these Seas of endless Light how could he not let himself be dominated by this most Holy Will!”
(Vol 24: 7/7/1928)

FROM LUISA’S CHILDHOOD MEMOIRS
“My daughter! Your life must be in Our midst in the home of Nazareth. If you work, if you pray, if you take food, if you walk, you must give one hand to Me, the other to Our Mama, and your gaze to Saint Joseph, to see whether your acts correspond to Ours, so as to be able to say, ‘First, I make my model what Jesus, the celestial Mama and St Joseph do; then I follow it according to the model you have made’. I want to see repeated in you My hidden Life. I want to find in you the works of My Mama, those of My dear Saint Joseph and My own works. I was confused and said to Him, ‘My beloved Jesus I don’t know how to do it!’

And He, “My daughter, courage! Do not lose heart! If you don’t know how to do it, ask Me and I will soon teach you. I will tell you of Our Way My intentions, the continuous Love among the Three of Us; of how I, as Sea, and they as little rivers were always swollen in such a way that one overflowed into the other to the extent of having little time to talk to each other so much were We absorbed in Love. Do you see how far behind Us you are?

Much silence and attention would be convenient for you; for I do not want you behind but in Our midst.” Prayer to Jesus, Mary & Joseph O Mary, Mother of sweet Hope and of beautiful Love, I hide myself in the pious shadow of your mantle.St Joseph, my dear most perfect example of the highest sanctity, you be my singular protector, and my model in the interior life, of holy sorrow and of holy love … In the midst of your three Hearts, O Jesus, O Mary, O Joseph! I remain secure and will fear no more on my journey. O Jesus, O Mary, O Joseph! Make me holy, I implore You! O Please, Make me holy!

This is the final paragraph of a prayer Luisa taught to one
of her pupils, Rosa. ‘O Jesus! Make me Holy

The Generative Virtue of the Father in the Virginal Paternity of St Joseph
“… And so, when the King feels sure of that man, He calls him to Himself in His Kingdom and gives him all that he ought to be able to give to all the people; and, setting apart the others, He lets go forth from that man a New Generation of His elect people, who do not have any other ambition than to live by the Will of the King alone, everyone submitted to him as so many births from his bosom …”
