Where are we in man's History....and God's Plan.
First there was CREATION:
During the first 5 days of Creation we know that God the Father prepared all the earthly delights that would be needed for His greatest creation---mankind to be created on the 6th day.----formed in His own image and likeness.
To cut a long story short, we know that Adam and Eve sinned and lost God’s likeness and therefore were not worthy to receive all the divine gifts God the Father had planned for them….and so there followed:
THE REDEMPTION:
By God the Father’s decree and God the Son’s and Mary’s acceptances (Fiats), the Redemption began in Mary’s womb and Jesus was born. For 34 years Jesus suffered for us to redeem us, not just during the hours of His Passion from Thursday night to Good Friday afternoon but from the moment of the Incarnation.
But Jesus told Luisa that Redemption was not the primary reason for his descent to earth, but that restoring the Divine Will in mankind that Adam and Eve lost was His primary reason (Vol19 March 28, 1926) and so now we move into the third phase of history….the Era of Sanctification:
SANCTIFICATION:
With the visits by Mary and Jesus to Luisa Piccarreta, God has now given us His greatest gift: “Living in My Will is the greatest glory people can give Me… this last brush stroke that my creative hand will give to mankind, to transform them into my likeness,……..” (July 16th 1922)
Jesus told Luisa: ……..“They deceive themselves who think that our Supreme Goodness and infinite Wisdom would leave mankind with only the benefits of the Redemption - without raising them once again to the first state created by Us. Our Creation would have been without its purpose, and therefore without its full effect, which cannot be in the workings of God.” (7th July 1926)
Jesus also told Luisa:
“My beloved daughter, I want you to know the order of My Providence. In every 2,000 year period I have renewed the world. In the first period I renewed it with the Flood. In the second 2,000 years, I renewed it with My coming to the earth and manifesting My Humanity, from which My Divinity shone as so many channels of light... Now we are at the end of the third period, and there will be a third renovation. This is why there is general confusion: it is due to preparation for the third renovation.”
(January 29th 1919)
Through Luisa Jesus told us:
“Oh iniquitous world, you are doing all you can to cast me from the face of the earth, to expel Me from society, from schools, from conversations, and from everything. You are scheming to destroy temples and altars, to destroy My Church and kill My ministers. Yet I am preparing for you an era of Love, the era of my third Fiat ! You will continue your efforts to banish Me, but I will confound you with Love. I will follow you from behind, I will appear ahead of you, to confound you with Love; and wherever you cast Me, there will I establish my Throne; and there will I reign even more than before, and in a much more astounding manner, so much so that you yourself will fall at the foot of My Throne, as if bound by the force of my Love.” (February 8th 1921)
So if you read the newspapers or watch the news…….you will clearly see where we are in history and that Jesus was right in what He said above. If you read Luisa, you’ll clearly see where history is heading…Deo Gratias.

That “sublime communion” Pope Francis refers to is in fact the Gift of Living in the Divine Will.
Archbishop Giuseppe Carata of Trani, Luisa’s diocese said: “I dare say - my dear friends, that your relationship with God is about to be re-dimensioned.”
It is now time for the next stage, time for us to grow and understand more. For this, we turn to Luisa’s approved writings, and find that Almighty God wants to restore to us, the gift of his Divine Will.
It starts off quite simply with being more self-aware, and more aware of God’s Presence in the world. We come to see how vast the workings of the Divine Will really are. As a way of life, it becomes natural and something that we want. Nobody will be a saint overnight, and nobody is worthy of this blessing.
Pope Francis 2015 Encyclical: “Laudato Si' “As Christians, we are also called to accept the world as a sacrament of communion, as a way of sharing with God and our neighbours on a global scale. It is our humble conviction that the divine and the human meet in the slightest detail in the seamless garment of God’s creation, in the last speck of dust on our planet.”

To enter, people just need to remove the pebble of their own will. Although it lies within my Will, their will does not participate nor enjoy its effects. It is alien to my Will because

"It is like the confusion that children feel when they ask their mother to see to their needs, and then try to take care of those needs for themselves so that their childlike efforts get in their mother’s way. Surrender means to placidly close the eyes of the soul, to turn away from thoughts of tribulation and to put yourself in my (Divine Will) care, so that only I act, saying, “You take care of it.”

A thousand prayers cannot equal one single act of surrender, remember this well. There is no novena more effective than this."
O Jesus, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything! ...And help me to live in Your Divine Will.
Surrendering our own will is always difficult and strange at first, But after several things "go right" without you worrying, you will start to appreciate that there really is another Will looking after you. You can't explain it...but you can feel it there.The more you trust Him, the more He can do and the easier it becomes. Of course not all things will "go right" as we would like them to, but be assured, even though we may not understand, after praying earnestly, why it didn't "go right"....in the long run it did !
Many times I have looked back on things in my life that didn't "go right" and I realised that in fact they did...just in a different way and more often than not I was given more than I asked for.
Many times throughout this Divine Will work I have sought to parallel prayers and practices that we've known and loved for many years and to show how they carry the thread of the Divine Will calling us to " leave our boats behind on familiar shores, set ourselves upon the deep and follow You again, Our Lord......
Jesus says that all we need to do is to "remove the pebble of our own will" and let His Divine Will handle everything.....so I think Jesus must have had Living in the Divine Will in His mind when He gave us the Surrender Prayer.....take a look !

As Jesus said on numerous occasions to Luisa, that His greatest glory is His Divine Will, it stands to reason that many of the prayers we've learned and prayed all our lives have the thread of living in the Divine Will running through them whether we realised it or not and however subtle it might be.
The obvious "not so subtle" prayer is of course the Our Father...."Thy Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven."
True Abandonment is tough, but is a prime requirement for living in the Divine Will, so God can look after us, otherwise it is our human will that leads us. The Divine Will is very apparent in one of my favourites and one that has stood me in good stead many times during my life.

It is against this surrender, deeply against it, to worry, to be nervous and to desire to think about the consequences of anything." (because the human will brings worry and doubt, which does nothing to resolve the situation, whereas the Divine Will is all peaceful.)
Sometimes my human will seems like a boulder not a pebble that Jesus speaks of and is almost impossible for me to remove, but the prayer below always turns it into the pebble that Jesus speaks of.

Sometimes if I'm sleepy and don't want to get up for morning Mass, it's surprising how surrendered I feel when I tell Satan to: "Go to Hell.....literally." It's my way of telling Jesus:" I choose You, as You have chosen me".....and He gets me out of bed !
