Finally, we turn again now to the Divine Will teachings Jesus
gave Luisa. Again, these are important because there is a new
grace with them that connects us (gives us) to the Father’s
heartbeat. Jesus often uses analogies with Luisa to teach this.
One is having a coin stamped with the image of the King in (Vol
16 (5 May 1923) it then becomes royal currency otherwise it
has little value. So too if we simply do God’s will rather than
allow God’s Divine Will do or be the action through us. Jesus
also compares having a coin on loan rather than possessing it-
of how much more value is the latter! We really only have life
“on loan” until we enter into the Divine life on earth as in
heaven. Jesus also uses the analogy (in Volume 17 September
18, 1924) extract below) of the difference between a Servant
and a Son, both can do the same act but of how much more
18
value is the act of the latter in the eyes of a Father!
In Charismatic circles some call this the ”anointing” you have.
Jesus said in reference to John the Baptism the least in the
Kingdom of heaven is greater than he even though John was
19
called by Jesus the greatest born of woman. This means, to
my mind, God gives greater gifts as the church journeys along
the salvation history path. It is not dependant on merit but on
20
shear grace.
One more analogy Jesus uses is a person who lives in a dark
house and the extent they open the windows and doors to let
the light of the sun in, is the extent they embrace the Father as
18 In this powerful passage Jesus focuses on explaining directly
the difference between doing and living in God’s Will. And
several scriptures could also be alluded to here eg the prodigal
son.

Matthew 11:11 “Truly I tell you, among those born of
women there has not risen anyone greater
than John the Baptist; yet whoever is least in the kingdom of
heaven is greater than he.”
20 This can be explored in another talk.
