writings (or your own prayers) and other saints. As you grow in

their recitation it goes into your memory and affections- your
inner thoughts and action processes- and it starts to become

spontaneous without you even thinking. This then becomes
                                    x
step four- life. DIVINE WILL is actualised in you! Note: Jesus
did not teach Luisa set prayers as such rather a way of inner

being, the prayers she shared flowed from that, so too for us to

develop our own DIVINE WILL prayers is a great sign of our
growth in the DIVINE WILL .

The power of awareness and intention to transfer the value of

an act is shown in this gospel below:

Matthew 10:39-42: Anyone who finds his life will lose it; anyone
who loses his life for my sake will find it. ‘Anyone who
welcomes you welcomes me; and those who welcome me

welcome the one who sent me.
                ‘Anyone who welcomes a prophet will have a prophet’s reward;
and anyone who welcomes a holy man will have a holy man’s
reward. ‘If anyone gives so much as a cup of cold water to one

of these little ones because he is a disciple, then I tell you
solemnly, he will most certainly not lose his reward.’

How much more value is an awareness of the Eternal Mode!

In the next chapter we will look at some quotes from the great

spiritual writers. Here are two writers, one ancient one new to

               conclude-

St Maximillian Kobe, from His Feast Day of the Divine Office:

“See then, brothers, the tremendous honour of the position that

God in his kindness has placed us in. Through obedience we
transcend our own limitations and align ourselves with God’s

will, which, with infinite wisdom and prudence, guides us to do

what is best. Moreover, as we become filled with the divine will,
