This is summarized by the Monday of Easter Week Collect at
Mass-

Let us pray.

Grant, we pray, almighty God, that we, who have been
renewed by paschal remedies,

transcending the likeness of our earthly parentage,
may be transformed in the image of our heavenly maker.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,

one God, for ever and ever.
